Who we are
BabaBake began with a simple idea. A mother of two, fuelled by coffee, inspired by bakeries and forever searching for life's little indulgences, dreamed of creating a place she would genuinely want to visit herself.
Not somewhere rushed. Not somewhere ordinary. But somewhere that felt warm, comforting and full of temptation. A place where the smell of fresh pastries greeted you at the door, where coffee was taken seriously, and where every visit offered something worth looking forward to.
As a busy mum, she understood the importance of those small moments. The first coffee of the morning before the school run. A quiet pastry between meetings. Lunch with a friend. An afternoon treat after a long day. The little rituals that help us pause, recharge and enjoy life. BabaBake was created to celebrate those moments.
Every product on our shelves is chosen with one question in mind: "Would we genuinely be excited to eat this ourselves?" If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut.
Our team is always exploring new pastries, exciting drinks, trending desserts and innovative food ideas from around the world. We believe the best cafés should surprise people, giving them new reasons to return time and time again.
